My stay at Clarion Pointe Downtown was excellent. The location was ideal, just a short walk from downtown attractions like the Aquarium and Anakeesta. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. they granted my request for a room in the main building. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a mini fridge, microwave, and a well-maintained bathroom. The Grab and Go breakfast options were convenient, and the lounge area was pleasant to relax in after a long day.

Parking could be improved.

i had a fantastic stay at clarion pointe downtown. the location was perfect, just a short walk to all the fun and food options in the area. one associate, justin, truly went above and beyond to help with my husband's medical needs, making sure our supplies were safe and delivered to our room. it was a lovely surprise to spot bears in the parking lot occasionally!

Great Family Escape with Friendly Staff

We enjoyed five nights in a clean and spacious accessible King room. Justin, one of the staff members, ensured we had everything needed for my husband's medical needs and provided excellent service. The breakfast spread included various options like yogurt and fresh fruit, catering to dietary restrictions perfectly. Seeing bears nearby added to our adventure!

We had a great time! The breakfast was absolutely delicious with Nutella for waffles, and our room had a beautiful fireplace that added a cozy touch. The pool was a hit with the kids, despite a few issues!

Great location! You can easily walk to downtown Gatlinburg and nearby attractions. Our room was a Queen room with two queen beds, equipped with cable channels, a TV, hairdryer, and a tea/coffee maker. The outdoor pool and kids pool were nice, and breakfast was decent for the price.
